Graphing functions
Enter a function in the Y= / f(x) editor and plot it on a chosen viewing window.
Graph y=ln(x+5)+x2 on the window x∈[−3,3], y∈[−2,12].
Press and check the fifth row, FUNCTION PARAMETRIC POLAR SEQ: FUNCTION must be highlighted. From the default cursor position, press four times to reach that row; if FUNCTION isn't already selected, use / until it is highlighted, then press to confirm.
Press to open the function editor. The cursor lands on Y1=.
Type the function: . The slot reads Y1=ln(X+5)+X².
Press and set Xmin=-3, Xmax=3, Ymin=-2, Ymax=12. Leave Xscl at 1 and set Yscl to 2.
Press to plot the function on the new window.
The graph shows the curve within the requested window.

Work each one on your calculator, then check the answer.
